Refund policy

1. Return window
- You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
- If an item is defective or not what you ordered, you may request a return within 3 months of delivery, or within 30 days of discovering the issue.

2. Return shipping
- Change of mind: the customer pays shipping both ways.
- Defective or incorrect item: KODIA pays the shipping.

3. Items we cannot accept
- Items that have been used or mounted on a tool (opening the package to inspect the item is fine)
- Items damaged, or missing parts, through the customer's handling
- Items whose value has dropped so far that they can no longer be resold
- Made-to-order items, where we told you this before purchase

4. How to request a return
- Email lasunginternational@gmail.com with your order number, the reason, and photos of the item.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we refund your original payment method within 3 business days.

5. International orders
- International return shipping, duties and taxes are not refundable, except for defective or incorrect items.
