KODIA tools are warranted against manufacturing defects for 1 year from the date of delivery.
Covered
- Manufacturing defects that appear during normal use, such as segment loss or a cracked core.
Not covered
- Normal wear of diamond segments and pads
- Misuse, such as exceeding the rated RPM, cutting materials the tool isn't made for, or using a dry-only tool wet (or the reverse)
- Damage from drops, impact or modification
To make a claim, email your order number, photos of the tool, and the machine and material you were using. After review, we will replace or refund the item.
